Refund / Return Policy

At JayFits, we value customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund and return policies carefully.

1. Core Scrubs (Ready-Made)

Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 
2. Custom-Made Products (Lux Scrubs, Formal Wear & Resort Wear)

All custom-made or measurement-based garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This applies to:

  • Lux Scrubs (custom orders)

  • Formal Wear (custom orders)

  • Resort Wear (custom orders)

Since these garments are made according to the customer’s provided measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Optional name embroidery and personalized details are also non-refundable.

 
3. Consultation / Deposit Refunds

Refunds for consultation or deposit payments will only be considered if the fitting appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

Refund requests must be submitted to contact@jayfits.com with full order details.

 
4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

 
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@jayfits.com.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
