1. Fitting Options

Virtual Fitting:
Schedule a live virtual fitting session with our team or submit your measurements online for review.

Submit Your Own Measurements:
Complete the detailed measurement form carefully and accurately.

 

2. Measurement Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements.

JayFits is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate measurements submitted through the Get Fitted process.

 

3. Production Timeline

Production will begin only after all measurements have been reviewed and verified.

Typical production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the level of customization requested.

 

4. Optional Embroidery

Personalized name embroidery is available upon request.

Please note that embroidery may extend the overall production timeline.

 

5. Measurement Guidelines

To ensure accuracy:

• Take measurements over light clothing or undergarments only

• Use a flexible measuring tape

• Double-check all measurements before submission

• Refer to the size chart and measurement guide provided
